Soldiers pull their weight for charity

SOLDIERS from across the North West kicked off a mammoth charity mission at Oldham’s Queen Elizabeth Hall.
Members of the 75 Engineer Regiment, which is made of Territorial Army volunteers and based in Preston, pulled a truck from Oldham to Manchester.
The back breaking trek was organised to raise money for Francis House, the Army Benevolent Fund and Help For Heroes.
