Keeper’s art put on eBay

A FORMER Rochdale goalkeeper who was brought up in Oldham has put his bizarre art up for sale.
The Chronicle reported how Stephen Bywater (29) — now at Championship side Derby County — had angered neighbours with an art installation in his garden, which consists of a graffiti-daubed toilet block and horse box.
Now bids are being welcomed for the art after the footballer put it on eBay. He had been forced to cover up the art with a tarpaulin after his neighbours in the Derbyshire village of Sutton–on–the–Hill complained.
Art lovers seem more appreciative though with the current highest bid standing at £339.99 with a deadline set for 8.43pm tomorrow.
Proceeds will be donated to the Teen Pride charity.
