Kirk: No charge
Date published: 17 November 2010
A MAN arrested on suspicion of the murder of Oldham man Kirk Price in Hull has been released without charge.
But another man and a woman have been charged with conspiracy to rob and will appear in court in December for a plea and directions hearing.
Kerry Daysley and Mark Pucking, both from Hull, are due to stand trial on March 28 at Hull Crown Court.
Mr Price (38), formerly from Derker, died from a single stab wound close to a pub in Hull city centre in September.
His funeral took place last week at Oldham Crematorium.
