Take the First bus route to new kit

A BUS company is playing Santa by offering football kits to two lucky youth teams.

First, Greater Manchester’s biggest bus company, is asking under-16s teams in the area to get in touch before December 31 if they need a full kit of shirts, shorts and socks.

Posters advertising the scheme will be placed on all of the firm’s buses, and the teams will get the strips early in 2011.

The offer is part of plans to spend tens of thousands of pounds on community initiatives in Greater Manchester in 2011.
