Dad does the school run by tractor!

IT’S chilly, but it does the job: tractor rides to school for Phoebe and Emily
Saddleworth may be knee-deep in snow, but primary pupils Phoebe (7) and Emily Collins (10), left, have no excuse for not getting to school.
Their mode of transport means it may be a slow journey on dad John’s farm tractor, but they’re guaranteed to make it to Holy Trinity School, Dobcross.
They have been tucked in the tractor cab with John for their daily school run from Doctor House Farm at Scouthead since the white-out began this week.
With a top speed of 27mph, the John Deere tractor has attracted some strange looks from other parents, John said, but its huge wide tyres make sure the girls arrive for lessons on time.
