Man in court over indecent images
Date published: 03 December 2010
A GREENFIELD landscape gardener has appeared before magistrates in Manchester accused of making indecent images of young girls.
Matthew Beck (33), of Wellington Road, faced 16 counts brought under the Protection of Children Act.
It was alleged the photographs were of girls between 10 and 15 and the magistrates declined summary jurisdiction.
Mr Beck offered no plea to the charges and the case was adjourned until January 26, next year, for committal to crown court.
He was granted bail with conditions not to access the internet or have unsupervised contact with children under 18.
