Snow king is back
Date published: 08 December 2010
CLARKSFIELD’S Raja Yousaf is fast becoming the king of snow sculptures — and he’s built this ice palace to suit his status.
While many have struggled to get around during the recent wintry weather, the 15-year-old has been busy building this impressive re-creation of the Taj Mahal.
There are no simple snowmen for Raja when the white stuff falls — last year he was pictured in the Chronicle after creating a convertible car from snow. The impressive vehicle even had real tyres.
He was helped by friends as he set about on his latest creation.
