Date published: 24 December 2010
TWO teenagers charged with arson over the £100,000 blaze at Oldham Athletic’s Boundary Park ground have had their case adjourned until New Year’s Eve.
A pallet was set alight at the ground at around 5.15pm on Sunday, August 22, with the fire spreading to the match-day hospitality suite and the disabled zone of the ground.
The 15 and 16-year-old boys, who cannot be named for legal reasons, were due to appear yesterday at Oldham Youth Court but the hearing was delayed until next Friday.
It was a adjourned for a fourth time because a solicitor was at another court and unavailable.
