Foxes’ cosy Christmas

At home: the Shaw foxes
UNEXPECTED Christmas guests arrived at the Hague household in Shaw — but when everyone else sat down to dinner they were happy to be left out in the cold.
One cute fox spent Christmas Day in the garden in Princess Road, sheltering on a patch of bare grass under a tree in the snow-covered garden.
And on Boxing Day it was joined by a furry friend, who also shared its snow-free shelter.
Householder Lynn Hague said: “The one on its own spent all day Christmas Day watching us. It was there from early morning. It stayed while we had dinner and was still there when it went dark. It was strangely comforting. Boxing Day it was joined by its partner, and they looked so cosy together.”
