OLDHAM Business Leadership Group (OBLG) is encouraging innovative and high-growth companies to enter this year’s One Oldham Business Awards.

The group has secured sponsorship for several free places at the highly-acclaimed Best Companies development centre in Milton Keynes on Wednesday, February 2, and will consider the suitability of all Oldham companies who submit an entry for the awards by January 15.

The Best Companies state-of-the-art facility offers several creative zones which enable business leaders to reflect on their leadership style and learn new techniques which will release the potential of employees and increase productivity.

The event, usually costing £800 per delegate, is wholly sponsored by OBLG, including travel.

The development day tackles employee engagement from a leader’s perspective and places will be offered, by invite only, to chief executives, managing directors or senior executives of Oldham companies demonstrating innovation and growth.
