AND they’re off . . . participants set off on the 5k run.
IT may look as though the Christmas rush has started early this year but it’s actually around a month late.
Dozens of kind-hearted Oldhamers donned their Santa suits for a jog in the park.
The annual Dr Kershaw’s Santa Run was postponed from its original date in December when snow forced organisers to make the change.
Participants were simply asked to dress as Father Christmas and run, walk or jog 5k around Alexandra Park to raise funds for the Royton hospice.
