OLDHAM Athletic manager Paul Dickov is helping to ensure future generations of sports stars follow in his footsteps.
The former Manchester City striker and Scotland international was the headline speaker at the true talent seminar at Boundary Park.
The event for Oldham head teachers was organised by staffing agency Randstad Education and looked at how to spot and nurture sporting talent in schools.
Paul talked about his own experience and the impact it has had on his career which started at Arsenal where he won the UEFA Cup Winners Cup in 1994.
