OLDHAM will hit the headlines on BBC Radio 4 next week in a 25-minute programme which explores the effect of council budget cuts on the town.
Producer Sally Chesworth spent two months in Oldham talking to the borough’s major decision makers as political leaders decide where to slash millions of pounds.
