Murder remand

A 46-YEAR-OLD man charged with the murder of Chadderton father-of-three Anthony Dale will appear at Manchester Crown Court tomorrow.
Dale Ross, of no fixed abode, was remanded in custody after making his first appearance at Oldham Magistrates Court yesterday.
Mr Dale’s body was discovered at a flat in Middleton Road on Friday morning. A post mortem examination concluded that he died of a single stab wound to the chest.
