Plans for the only original building left on the Wellington Mills site in Greenfield will be revealed on Monday.
The four-storey stone mill building between Tesco and Wellington Road has been acquired by a local businessman.
The aim is to refurbish and divide it into rental units for craft, retail, health, office or similar uses, according to planning consultant Alan Chorlton.
He will be at the exhibition at the Kingfisher Inn, off Chew Valley Road, between 3 and 7pm.
Wellington Mills was once used by the Knoll Spinning company which will be remembered in the name of the new proposed development — New Knoll.
