YOU’LL have to get up pretty early to make a bigger splash on Red Nose Day than these plucky swimmers from St Joseph’s School in Shaw.
All Year 6 pupils are to swim a mile at Crompton Pool at 7am on Friday, March 18, to raise money for the BBC’s charity extravaganza.
A practice was held for the breakfast club swimming session — complete with cereal bowls, red noses and rubber ducks.
They’ll be joined by countless Oldhamers and fund-raisers across the country in carrying out stunts for Comic Relief.
