IT was hard hats all round as Oldham’s Regional Science Centre was given the ministerial thumbs up.
Lib-Dem Sarah Teather, minister for children and families, visited 10 days ahead of the centre’s launch on March 24.
The centre in King Street will be run by Oldham Sixth-Form College and will eventually cater for primary school pupils through to undergraduates.
