A PROGRAMME to help people make a step change in their confidence and life is celebrating its latest graduates.
The group from Sholver received their certificates after completing STEPS (Steps To Excellence for Personal Success).
The course usually lasts eight to 10 weeks and aims to help people fulfil their potential in their personal and working lives.
STEPS has been held at various venues and is funded by Oldham’s children’s centres and the East Oldham Partnership.
