OLDHAM’S former head of Trading Standards has been granted a full employment tribunal hearing into his dismissal by Oldham Council.
Tony Allen’s case will be heard at the Manchester Employment Tribunal on November 28 and is scheduled to last two weeks.
He was sacked following the bungled Vance Miller kitchen fraud trial last year.
