Getting all egg-cited as Easter’s just around the corner
YOUNGSTERS had an eggcelent time at Easter with parties across Oldham.
The Easter bunny hopped along to Brooklands Nursery in Greenacres where he took the kids on a hunt for Easter Eggs.
St James’s Children’s Centre in Sholver enjoyed making their own Easter Bonnets before showing them off in a parade.
Giggle ‘n’ Grow Nursery raised £203 for Dr Kershaw’s Hospice by donating Easter eggs and selling them off in a big raffle.
And St Edward’s RC Primary in Lees staged a dramatic version of the story of Easter and enjoyed a colourful Easter bonnet parade to mark the death and resurrection of Jesus.
