- ATHLETIC slipped to a disappointing 2-0 Good Friday defeat at Exeter.
First-half goals from former Latics loanee Scott Golbourne and the prolific Jamie Cureton put Athletic on the back foot, and, despite a better second-half showing, they were unable to claw their way back into the match.
- OLDHAM Roughyeds were comfortable 38-6 winners of the derby clash with Rochdale, running in tries from Roden, Clough, Clarke, Fogarty, Isherwood, Onyango and debutant Carl Forber, who also kicked five goals.
