Easter fun in the sun

HOLD on tight... Eve and dad Chris Littlewood enjoy the fairground rides.

THERE was fun for all the family at the Good Friday Fair at Daisy Nook Country Park.

Families basked in glorious sunshine as they enjoyed a host of entertainment, rides and refreshments.

There were also a host of stalls inviting competitors to play a series of games to win a prize.

Temperatures peaked at 24C meaning youngsters wasted no time in making the most of the ice-cream van in a bid to keep their cool.
