Murder trial is set

A 46-YEAR-OLD man has pleaded not guilty to the murder of a Chadderton father-of-three.
Dale Ross, of no settled address, will face trial at Manchester Crown Square Crown Court on July 18. He has been remanded in custody.
He is accused of killing Anthony Dale, whose body was discovered at a flat in Middleton Road on February 4.
A post-mortem concluded that Mr Dale died of a single stab wound to the chest.
