Trust role for ex-courts boss

THE Pennine Acute Hospitals NHS Trust, which runs the Royal Oldham Hospital, has appointed Chris Mayer as a non-executive director.
Mrs Mayer, from Heywood, will replace outgoing non-executive director Haydn Griffith, and will hold the position for four years.
Mrs Mayer was chief executive of Her Majesty’s Courts Service until last year and was accountable for the day-to-day operation of 550 court centres across England and Wales.
