WINNERS Yazmin Hanley and Christopher Tighe
CHADDERTON dancer Yazmin Hanley has hot-footed her way to double victory at a prestigious competition.
The 12-year-old (pictured with dance partner Christopher Tighe) won both the Old Time and Modern Sequence trophies in the Under-13s category at the North-West Medallist of the Year at Wythenshawe Forum on Sunday.
Yazmin, a pupil at North Chadderton School, has been a member of Trujons Dance Studio in Royton for nine years. She won the competition with Christopher (26).
The pair will now go on to compete in the nationwide finals in Blackpool in October.
