TWO men charged with the drive-by murder of Oldham dad Amran Khan will next appear before Manchester Crown Court Crown Square on Monday.
Craig McKenzie (28), of Parkside Road, Moss Side, and Damien Green (30), of Claremont Road, Moss Side, appeared at Oldham Magistrates Court yesterday and spoke only to confirm their names before being remanded in custody.
Father-of-two Mr Khan (29) was shot on the doorstep of his Glodwick home on September 18, 2009.
His wife was left screaming hysterically and he died a short time later.
Two others, Brett Francis (27) and Jordan Francis (27), both of Birch Avenue, Oldham, were convicted of Mr Khan’s murder in March last year, and sentenced to a minimum 28 years in prison.
