IT was smiles all round as High Barn Resource Centre in Royton opened its doors following a revamp.
The facility, which provides specialist dementia care and care for adults with complex needs, offers a wide range of activities to 20 people giving carers support and respite.
The reopening is the latest step in the shake-up of social services in Oldham.
