MANCHESTER City’s superstar striker Carlos Tevez is due to appear at Oldham Magistrates’ Court on September 14.
He is charged with failing to disclose who was driving his Bentley Continental when it was flashed by a speed camera on Chester Road, Stretford.
The Argentinian, who reportedly earns in excess of £200,000 a week, was allegedly travelling at 38mph in a 30mph zone.
