Oldham youngsters have been honoured for their sporting achievements in everything from football and netball to skiing, windsurfing and roller blading.
The 113 borough students who have represented their county, region or even country were recognised at the annual Federation of Oldham Schools Sports Associations (FOSSA) presentation.
The certificates were handed out by GB and England hockey player Andy Bull, Deputy Mayor of Oldham, Councillor Olwen Chadderton, and Youth Mayor Chantel Birtwistle.
Two special awards were also presented during the event at the Centre for Professional Development, Fitton Hill.
Saddleworth pupil Ryan Maneely won the Fred Laughton Rugby League Trophy while the Pat Greenwood Netball Trophy went to the under-16s team at Hulme Grammar School, which won the national championships.
