OLDHAM’S former Conservative Club building on Union Street failed to sell at auction.
The building, constructed in 1911, attracted interest at the auction hosted by Ryder and Dutton but bids failed to meet the reserve price.
Bosses are now in negotiations with bidders to see if a deal can be struck.
