FAREWELL to Dr Kershaws’ Brian Hurst
CHEERS! Brian Hurst toasted his time as appeals manager at Dr Kershaw’s Hospice at a garden party held in his honour.
His final farewell came on Saturday under scorching sun, as some of the people who helped make his job a success gathered in the hospice grounds to bid him farewell.
Brian, retiring after almost 14 years at the helm of the fundraising ship, raised his glass to everyone in Oldham who had helped him raise in excess of £15 million to keep the hospice running.
