CANNABIS with an estimated street value in excess of £37,000 was seized when police stopped a car in Chadderton.
Offers from Manchester Proactive Team acted when they spotted a man removing a plastic bag from undergrowth on Hollinwood Avenue, Moston, last Tuesday.

Two men, aged 42 and 19 were arrested on suspicion of possessing cannabis with intent to supply, and were bailed until September to allow police to make further inquiries.
