Radio date-change for Barry
Date published: 19 July 2011
A RADIO 4 programme featuring Oldham campaigner Barry Haslam and his fight for people addicted to prescription drugs has been changed to another date in August.
Originally scheduled for August 4, producers have brought the programme forward a day to Wednesday, August 3, at 12.30pm.
The broadcast will hear Radio 4 presenter John Waite talking to Barry and some members of Tranx, an Oldham support group for people who are addicted to tranquillisers and prescription drugs.
