Woman and dog rescued

A WOMAN and her dog found themselves stranded on a hillside ledge in Mossley yesterday.
Oldham firefighters were among three crews needed to reach and rescue the pair on Blackrock Bridge at about 6.05pm.
The 28 year old went after her fox terrier, which ran after a rabbit only to find itself stuck on a ledge. She too then found herself trapped.
