Man found dead

POLICE cordoned off Partington Street in Oldham early this morning after a dead body was found close to an industrial unit.
It is believed to be that of a homeless man who was living rough in the area. Police were called to the scene at 6.45am.
Local workers stood and watched as their workplaces were in the investigation zone. Inquiries are under way.
