Man traps hand in machine

A 39-YEAR-OLD man was rushed to the Royal Oldham Hospital with multiple fractures after trapping his hand in a conveyor belt in Royton.
He had been working on a machine at Shiloh Healthcare Limited, at Larch Mill, Bleasdale Street, when the accident happened at around 4.24pm yesterday.
Oldham firefighters had to dislocate rollers on the machine to release the injured man, who suffered multiple fractures to his right arm and a reported broken collarbone.
