LATICS boss Paul Dickov has officially opened The Radclyffe Co-operative Learning Trust.
The trust is a partnership between The Radclyffe School in Chadderton, Oldham Athletic, NHS Oldham, Oldham Council and the Co-operative College.
Nine local primary schools are also involved: Bare Trees, Chadderton Hall, Christ Church, Mills Hill, St Anne’s, St Luke’s, Stanley Road, Thorp and Whitegate End. The aim is to raise pupils’ achievements.
Radclyffe will also have more flexibility because it will employ its own staff, be able to set its own admissions code and benefit form the expertise of its partners.
