TWO Oldham girls are celebrating a milestone of the century this Friday.
Amy Leigh Porter and Iqra Shahid both turn 11-years-old on Friday — the 11/11/11.
Derker cheerleader Amy, a pupil at Watersheddings Primary School, will be jumping for joy on her birthday knowing she has achieved a feat not many others can say they have done in their lives.
Mum Michelle Scholes said: “I just thought it was quite a rare feat and this won’t come round again.
Iqra’s mum, Farzana, of Coppice, said: “I just thought this was quite unusual and with it being her birthday, I thought it should be recognised.
“She is a very bubbly girl who loves her maths and computer games.”
