Survey kiosks
Date published: 25 November 2011
Pennine Care health trust has spent £140,000 on 35 survey kiosks to gauge public opinion on its services.
Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust provides mental health services in Oldham, Bury, Rochdale, Stockport, Tameside and Glossop, and community services in Oldham, Bury and Rochdale.
The machines have been placed on 35 mental health wards and outpatient areas so users can complete a survey about their experiences.
The survey will include questions about facilities, food and staff attitudes and behaviour. The ward or service will receive a monthly report outlining what patients have said, where they are performing well and where any improvements might be needed.
