OLDHAM soap star Michael Le Vell has been cleared of child sex allegations.
Police decided there was not enough evidence to charge the “Coronation Street” actor who plays mechanic Kevin Webster.
He had been questioned and released on bail on suspicion of a sexual offence involving a young girl.
Mr Le Vell had strenuously denied the allegations and continued in his TV role.
