Gun drama in Greenfield
Date published: 06 January 2012
FIREARMS officers were called to a house in Greenfield yesterday afternoon following a call of concern for a person’s welfare.
Officers were alerted to Chew Brook Drive shortly after 2pm when a man was taken to hospital for observation. Police, who attended because the man is a licensed firearms holder, seized weapons at the house as a precaution. There is no suggestion that the man intended to use the guns.
