Date published: 17 January 2012
A MAN charged with raping a 75-year-old woman will appear at Manchester Crown Court on Monday February 6.
Wesley Wilson, of Naze Court, Coldhurst, appeared at Oldham Magistrates’ Court yesterday.
The 26-year-old did not enter a plea and no application for bail was made.
Magistrates remanded him in custody and committed him to Minshull Street Crown Court.
It follows an incident on January 7 in which an elderly lady was attacked in her own home in Coldhurst.
