A GROUP of Oldham youngsters will be taking to the red carpet for the premiere of their own film.
The 17 girls aged 11-16 from Robin Hill Youth Centre, Coldhurst, and Failsworth Youth Centre, got the chance to work alongside professional film-makers to make a movie after scooping Lottery cash.
The finished product — an animation called “Mind Image: Living with Ana” — will be shown for the first time at Manchester’s Cornerhouse cinema tomorrow.
The girls will receive framed certificates and Oscars — just like the glittering Hollywood occasion last weekend.
