Weapons and drugs seized

A STASH of drugs and weapons were recovered during a police raid in Hollinwood.
Class-A drugs worth £2,000, cannabis and equipment were seized during the raid in Byron Street on Wednesday.
Officers also recovered a crossbow and air pistol.
Chief Supt Tim Forber, head of Oldham police division, said: “This is yet another excellent result in our ongoing fight against those involved in organised crime.
A 21-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of possessing Class-A drugs with intent to supply and possessing of cannabis.
He has been bailed until July 16 pending further inquiries.
