Alexandra jobs boost

PLAN have been revealed to transform Oldham’s Alexandra Retail Park.

Oldham Council is joining Brookhouse Group to create a new retail park and employment development at the site, just off Oldham Way.

Brookhouse acquired the existing site, which has several empty units, in April 2011 and the authority owns the vacant land adjacent.

The plan is to join the sites together, forming a five hectare development.
