Unite’s protest outside the Royal Oldham Hospital
A UNION staged a lunch-time protest to voice their concerns over proposed changes to pensions.
Members of Unite took their message outside Royal Oldham Hospital. Trade unionist, Liz McInnes, pictured right, said: “We are fighting against the plans because the Government is making public sector workers, like us in the NHS, pay more, get less and work longer.”
The protest was part of a day of action involving thousands of members up and down the country.
