WERNETH Primary Care Centre will go head-to-head with other innovative building projects at the property Oscars.
Prizes will be handed out in eight categories at the RICS North-West Awards 2012 at Old Trafford on Thursday.
Categories include building conservation, design and innovation and regeneration. The project that excels across all eight will be awarded the highly-coveted Project of the Year accolade.
Werneth Primary Care Centre, which opened in Featherstall Road South last year, is nominated in the infrastructure category.
Other Manchester buildings shortlisted are Afflecks Palace, the Museum of Science and Industry, and the Greater Manchester Police Force headquarters.
