Drug dealers jailed

FOUR men have been jailed for supplying Class A drugs in Oldham.
The men, who all pleaded guilty to the charge at an earlier hearing, were sentenced at Manchester’s Minshull Street Crown Court on Friday.
Ruhel Ali Khan (36), of Bamford Street, Chadderton, who also pleaded guilty to burglary, was sentenced to five years.
Irvine Hendry (42), of Roundthorne Road, Chadderton, and Anthony Hendry (46), of Lilac Lane, Limeside, were both handed jail terms of one year eight months.
Mark Brady (36), of Equitable Street, Greenacres, was sentenced to one year three months.
Twenty-nine drug dealers have now been sentenced to more than 67 years in prison since March, 2011, as part of Operation Rescind, the biggest ever operation to combat drug distribution in Oldham.
