Crash victim critical

A MAN is in a critical condition in hospital following a road smash on Broadway in Chadderton.
As reported in the Chronicle, the motorcyclist was in collision with a silver Honda negotiating a bend at around 9.25am on Tuesday.
Police are appealing for witnesses to the collision, which left the motorcyclist with head injuries. The 70-year-old driver of the Honda was uninjured. Broadway was closed for four hours. An investigation has been launched.
