Holden’s baby daughter dies

FORMER Latics captain Dean Holden is grieving for the loss of his 17-month-old daughter who has died from a rare blood infection during a family holiday.
Cici Milly Holden died from a meningococcal infection within hours of falling ill during a trip to Lanzarote with Holden and his wife Danielle.
The toddler had shown no signs of illness the previous evening but was rushed to hospital on May 21. Doctors were unable to save her.
Holden and Danielle (33) — a former children’s TV presenter — live in Worsley, Salford, with their two other children.
